  • Student IDs, enrollment certificates, confirmation letters, and similar documents cannot replace email verification.
  • Institutions that do not provide institutional email addresses are not eligible. Unrecognized domains can be submitted to Mistral support for review.
  • The pricing page lists additional student conditions—accredited higher education, no previous Vibe or Le Chat use, and a 12-month maximum—but these conflict with parts of the Education FAQ. Current checkout enforcement could not verify.
